大塚ノリユキデザイン事務所 : Noriyuki Otsuka Design Office Inc.

1960年福井県武生市（現：越前市）生まれ。
“無のようで有であり、混在のようで透明な空間”をテーマにブティック、レストラン、ホテル、オブジェ、住宅等を手がける。またデザイン専門誌に海外エキジビションの取材寄稿および、タイルメーカーのデザインカタログ編纂など、空間を主題としたデザインワークを行う。
メーカーと共同開発で越前和紙を使用したロールスクリーンのパターンデザインでは、2006年度ダントータイルデザインコンテスト大賞を受賞。
2007年度杉野服飾大学非常勤講師。

Born in Fukui Japan, 1960. Otsuka travelled to Europe after graduating from design school in Tokyo. He worked as interior designer at Plastic Studio and Associates after returning to Japan.
In 1990, he founded Noriyuki Otsuka Design Office Inc. His design policy "Nothing is everything / Mixtures of transparency" are reflected in his works for boutiques, restaurants, private residences, furniture and product designs. In 2003, he participated in Milano Fuori Salone in cooperation with the STRATO Co.(Italian kitchen company).
